1) Compassion - A people of compassion
def - Compassion: A feeling of deep sympathy, sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering.
Mark 10:49-52 (KJV) So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him, “Be of good cheer. Rise, He is calling you.” And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus. So Jesus answered and said to him, “What do you want Me to do for you?” The blind man said to Him, “Rabboni, that I may receive my sight.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.
- Compassion will prompt you to do something for someone or something else.

2) Equality
Treat everyone the same (no partiality)

3) Excellence

4) Evangelistic
We believe strongly that God has given to us all as believers the ministry of reconciliation.
We must carry this message of hope to the lost in an effort to see lives transformed through the Word of God.
2 Corinthians 5:18 (KJV) And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
5) Family
Family is the fundamental building block of ministry.
Ministry first begins with husbands and wives loving and serving each other in the home, while setting a Godly example for their children.
The ministry of family is then extended into the community forming a body of like minded believers with the fundamental tools to properly minister to the lost and hurting.
1 Timothy 3:5 (KJV) For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?
